Experienced producers
- 3+ years of commercial insurance production
- Existing book of business ($250K+ preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Strong relationships with commercial clients
- Expertise in construction, transportation, manufacturing or professional services
- Proven new-business development
Rising professionals
- 1–3 years of insurance industry experience
- Motivated to build your own book of business
- Strong sales aptitude and work ethic
- Active P&C license or ability to obtain one quickly
- Background in B2B sales, banking or financial services
